Pork Adobo


2 lbs cut lean pork(if you want to use pork chop, you can)

3 potatoes

Dried onions

3 gloves of garlic

1 onion

3 celery

1/2 cup vinegar

3 spoonful Toyo Mansi

Maggi soy sauce

1/4 cup oil

Cooking preparation:

A wok is the best one you can use, if no wok utilize a frying pan.

Turn the stove in high heat, heating the wok. When it's hot pour the oil in. Wait few seconds for the oil to get hot then slowly setting the cut pork in, brown the pork to desired color. When is brown, throw the garlic and brown. Usually you keep stirring it back and forth until they completely brown. Once the garlic is brown, put in the cut potatoes and wait till potato is tender. Then when potato are tender add all the ingredients, onions, celery, soy sauce, vinegar and keep stirring back and forth until the juice incorporate to thick sauce. Serve with white rice.
